Molding Marines | Combat Instructors

There’s not a day I come to work where I’m like, “Man I’m going to that same old job again.”.

There’s not a day I come to work where I’m like, “Man I’m going to that same old job again.” I volunteered to be here. Ever since I was a junior Marine I
wanted to be a combat instructor. With that said, you’re making the future. You have to be 100% committed
to be a combat instructor. 100% of your attention has to be on the
privates, has to be on those junior Marines and if the quality of the combat instructor goes down, then the quality of that product going
out, it will just retroactively go down. I feel like if you were good enough, and
you’re ready to take on this challenge, anybody should come out here and do it. You’re out here to produce those Marines for your
units, I mean, that’s the best thing that you can do.
