THEY SAY THE ONLY WAY TO CONTEST THE INCREASES TO FILE AN APPEAL WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION OF TEXAS, BUT FIRST A PETITION IS NEEDED. I TOOK IT ON MY SELF TO LEAD A PETITION ACTION THIS YEAR.
