  1. honestly, people who say "wow what low weight" are morons, he is simply showing the excercise with proper technique, not trying to show feats of strength

  2. @kookahjoon dunno, as far as im aware of, technique comes first then stamina, speed and only then strength. This is more for body builders i think, if you want to train for fighting this is not the exercise that would help you if especially for a beginner.

  3. @DevilTrigger009 I agree with Devil. Bodybuilders do powercleans with an olympic barbell, and a with a bit different form.
